Creation Technologies is a contract electronics manufacturer & design services provider. Our business spans four countries and many hundreds of customers.

This buyer will be responsible for releasing, confirming and rescheduling orders with strategic supply partners and ensuring accurate data integrity. Success in the role includes proactive approach to daily work along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage ERP purchase order release function
• Manage purchase order actions (reschedules, cancels, expedites, confirmations)
• Manage Past due and pending promise date order
• Manage forecast constraints for parts on a supply chain program
• Support the business units with what-if scenarios for new forecast
• Maintain and setup parts in ERP system (Lead Times, Price, MOQ, MPQ)
• Primary liaison between assigned suppliers and business units
• Work with the assigned suppliers to resolve AP, Receiving and Quality related issues
• Re-sourcing of components

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (vlookups, data filters, pivot tables etc.)
• Good administrative skills
• Very organized, self-motivated team player, able to work well under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Operations, or equivalent amount in related work experience
• 1 – 7 years of related work experience
